http://schrts.co/7ZOESq IPCI ,,, a very nice example of the 10ema/10ma crossing early signal system ,,, look for up & down crosses across the chart as an "early" warning signal of trend turn approaching ... seems to work because the ema is "front end loaded" ,,, so "signals" changes in bull/bear or bear/bull sentiment before they become apparent on the chart ...yes cmac ,,, 8ema/8ma would work too ... just "may" get a little more head fake from the faster average lines ... 13ema/13ma may be too slow" for signals ... open chart three times & change 2 charts to each to see what difference it makes ... then you decide ...ok ,,, I tried that ,,, 8ema/8ma crossing signals were much earlier ,,, 13ema/13ma was right on the trend turns but was a day late Nov.29 causing losses then ... 10ema/10ma was early but not too early ,,, and never "late" at signaling the coming trend changes ...interesting ,,, 10ema/10ma crosses were "late" on http://schrts.co/xc0d0d UGAZ ... it seems like one may want to use 10ema/10ma on lower priced stocks ,,, and 8ema/8ma on higher priced stocks or ETF's ??? ... or did the 3x factor of UGAZ exaggerating the price moves & causing lots of gaps ,,, just throw off the signals ??? because even 8ema/8ma http://schrts.co/Om4QuD produces "late" crossing signals ... testing continues ,,, but there is obvious value in the ema/ma line of thought ,,, but maybe not for leveraged products ??? ... IMO ...
