Thanks LS. Hope your staying indoors and WARM. 44 degrees here and when outside I'm cold wearing a coat. Though about you and temps where you live. Brutal.

For now Mal ...

My son "now" bought the poles and lumber to built a machine shed ... sigh ,,, kinda late ya think ? ...

A few days ago he and his gal spent 4 hours marking the building corners out with stakes and squaring the building ...

but the ground has frozen down 5 inches already ,,, so he dug a trench around a foot deep with the back hoe so that he will be able to put on a row or two of 2x6 treated manure guard down into the ground ,,, but he dug up his stakes ='s building needed to get re-staked and checked for square ... he is so far behind ,,, that he asked me to do it with his girlfriends help yesterday ,,, so he could work on other things ,,, so i bundled up yesterday at 3pm & went over and re-staked it for him ... he was 9 inches out of square when he did it I found (I could find his original stake holes in the ground) ... I lined one side & then squared one corner with 3/4/5 method as 9/12/15 feet & then did that separately on the other corner on the end of that side ... then used a line to extend the square lines down each side of the building for 40 feet ... once that was staked ,,, I measured between those stakes and it measured 36 feet and 1/8 inch ... the front was 36 feet ='s my squaring was spot on ,,, only 1/8 inch off after extending each squared 9 foot side out to 40 feet with a string in a 10 mph wind !!! ... I was satisfied with the result ... I used to build houses and Apartment houses back in the 1970's/early 1980's ,,, still remembered all the tricks ... was 29 degrees as we finished up the job ...

Now have through Sunday with upper 30's to 42 day highs (a warm spell haha) to drill the pole holes ,,, fill some cement in the bottoms for a base ,,, next day set the poles and back fill the holes packed tight with the POLES level straight up (14 foot sidewalls) as once the ground freezes  ,,, you won't move them to adjust anymore ...

Then next week day highs drop down to 23 degrees or colder ... i might get cold then i expect ... especially if the wind is blowing ,,, as he is sitting exposed on a hill top ... sigh ... wind chill will add to the cold immensely ...

Back in the 1970's the boss had three of us build a house in January when it never got above zero for 6 weeks ,,, would be 30 below when we got to work and some days only get to 15 below for day highs ... had to hand nail as the gun nailer's froze up even with antifreeze in the lines ... the three of us built the house in 12 days though ,,, 1200 sq ft. with a step down walk out basement and two stall garage ,,, farmed and sheeted in 12 days ... the boss of course never showed up to help any of those days ... but he did show up with our pay checks on a Friday ~ day 12 ,,, to tell us we were 12 hours behind in building that house !!! ... i quit in the spring and started my own Home building business ,,, never had to work out in that brutal cold again ... until now ? ... glad i didn't have more sons ... just daughters ...

Ace ,,, see my last KOPN post after the close on Penny Board ... I detailed how my system made those two green KOPN scalps for me ,,, find your own past buy points in the system ... learn it now ... or miss the chance ... i may not bother to detail my system again ... my system doesn't let me buy on what i think ,,, only according to the system rules ,,, the system picks all the entries for me & the stop loss & the sell points ... it doesn't let me do anything ,,, except execute what it tells me to do ... as a past poster said once "I can't do what i think ,,, I have to just trust my systems numbers instead" ... A trading plan should remove all emotion and just trade mechanically by the chart patterns ...

My System may be right only for me ~ because it has been developed based on what i see in the ink blots and on my erpeience from reading charts for years ...

Others who don't have that same set of experiences or who read the ink blots differently ,,, will not be successful with my system ,,, or with any one else's system either ... we each have to develop a system that is unique to our own trading experiences and goals ,,, IMO ...

BUT ,,, there is always a but ,,, looking at and learning other people's systems ,,, may give us each some pieces that can be plagiarized and built into our own systems to make them better ...

I have used many of the things that Ace & all the others here have taught me over the years ~ and used them to piece together a system of my own that I can trade by ...
