It was up 13.7% on Monday. Was that a timing call based on a chart, or was it more of a fundamentals call? [thumb]

"pot" ETF articles last couple weeks said that there is not enough "liquidity" on the pot stocks to support an eft yet ,,, but they also said that 2 or 3 outfits have filed for "pot" etf's anyway ...


one of those just lists stocks that "support" the "pot" industry ~ but don't handle the marijuana itself ... so they don't run foul of Federal "pot" laws ...
